How to deactivate a user to prevent them from using PSL.
If a user leaves the company, their access to PSL must be restricted.Here is how to deactivate a user in PSL:
1. Log in to the PSL Admin Page with an admin account.
2. Click the "Users" tab, find the user who has left the company, and click the "EDIT" button.
3. Change the status from "Active" to "Dismissed", then click "SAVE".
4. The user is now deactivated and will no longer be able to use PSL.
