When downloading the PSL PC Agent from the PSL Admin Page, you may occasionally see the message "File does not exist on the server PC." and the file may fail to download.
1. When you click the download button for the PSL PC Agent on the PSL Admin Page, this message may appear and the file will not download.
2. If you are using Chrome, open a "New Incognito Window". If you are using Microsoft Edge, open a "New InPrivate Window".
3. In the private window, access the PSL Admin Page again and download the PSL PC Agent.
